For Oregon voters that are ready to make their voices heard during the 2024 November General Election, Oregon’s Election Division is a voter resource that provides accurate information about candidates and Oregon voter registration. Unlike news outlets and nonprofit groups, they are a nonpartisan organization that provides Oregonians with real-time updates and direct access to voting resources.
The Problem
With the noise of the daily news cycle and mis/dis/mal information on social media, Oregonians are unsure about where to find accurate information regarding election deadlines, candidates, and their own voter registration status.

Key Insights
Active Voter
“I just voted at home and placed my ballot in the mail — it was so simple, I love it!”
Misinformed Voter
“I base my opinions on Oregon elections from what I see on social media.”
First time Voter
“This is my first election in Oregon
and I don’t know where to start.”
The Solution
We created a plain language social media campaign to pre-bunk election misinformation and provide trusted, accurate information to Oregon voters. Through both organic and paid social media, the campaign encouraged active and informed participation, motivating Oregonians to vote in the 2024 November General Election.
The Results
Our efforts made Oregonians remember that “Voting in Oregon Feels Good.” Our organic social media campaign continued to make active voters feel good about their participation, reminded misinformed voters to check their sources, and encouraged first time voters to register to vote and turn in their ballots by election day!
